Chapter 10
As much as I would like to say that I found this chapter interesting, I did not. The way things are explained in simplistic examples just confuses things further. When I already know the subject matter metaphors feel reductive of the material and even when I’m first learning I prefer seeing the sum instead each part broken down. In the case of this chapter, explaining data structures in this manner means nothing to me having taken the SQL class. With most things relating to the foundations of the Internet, I’ve been using the Internet for a decade - I know everything I need to get by and make my experience enjoyable for me.
